자연환기를 위한 수직 샤프트 시스템 동절기 성능 측정

The purpose of this study was to investigate natural ventilation methods in mid-rise offices with the aid of stack effect ventilation. Natural ventilation is one of key design element for low energy and healthy buildings. The recent research has been emphasizing the facade ventilation and its contribution to the indoor air quality, so the stack-effect ventilation is required to achieve reduction of pollutant emissions and energy saving. The investigation shows that the ventilation shaft in the middle of building has the potential for natural ventilation taking account of pressure difference among the exterior, the interior and the ventilation shaft. However the reverse draft has been monitored in the case that windows of ventilation stack is open for the ventilation. Therefore the sophiscated research for optimizing wind sizing and operation schedule for windows of facade and ventilation stack. The contribution of the stack to indoor air quality improvement and energy saving is required as well.
