The Analysis of Characteristics of the Flow of Badminton Players in China

The detailed analysis was made in the characteristics of flow of best of China’s badminton talents.This is achieved mainly through insight of relationship between growth of the game and talents flow as well as its forms and effects.The geographical distribution of players resources characterized by discrepancy between a large amount of top-leveled players above and urgent need from the communities was investigated and the countermeasures are put forward to offer reference for healthy growth of this game.
