Blood pressure parameter measuring method and user equipment

A user equipment (UE) (100) comprising: a memory (102) storing an executable program code, a first ECG contact (103), a second ECG contact (105), an ECG measuring circuit (106) connected to the first ECG contact (103) and the second ECG contact (105), a PPG measuring point (104), and a PPG measuring circuit (107) connected to PPG measuring point (104); and a processor (101) coupled to the memory (102), the ECG measuring circuit (106) and the PPG measuring circuit (107). The processor (101) invokes executable code stored in the memory (102) to execute the following steps: measure a user ECG signal through the first ECG contact (103) and the second ECG contact (105), wherein the first ECG contact (103) and the second ECG contact (105) constitute a pair of measuring electrodes; if it is determined that the measured ECG signal matches a pre-stored reference ECG signal, start the PPG measuring circuit (107), and measure a user PPG signal through the PPG measuring point (104); if the measured PPG signal matches a pre-stored reference PPG signal, start a blood pressure testing application, and acquire a user blood pressure parameter using the ECG signal and the PPG signal.
