Data communication apparatus and module using a human body

A data communication device using a human body and a module thereof are provided to use only one electrode without a special sensor, thereby accomplishing usage convenience and miniaturization, while high-speed data communication is performed with low power since wideband signaling technology is employed. One signal electrode(270) is contactable with a human body. A transmitter(210) enables a non-modulation digital data signal to be delivered to the human body through the signal electrode(270). A receiver(220) senses a wideband pulse signal generated from the human body. A host interface(205) processes the data signal to be delivered to the receiver(220), delivers the processed signal to the transmitter(210), and enables the sensed wideband data signal to be processed into data in the outside. One battery(260) supplies power to a data communication device(200).
