Multicriteria Decision Making With Ordinal/Linguistic Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets For Mobile Apps

We discuss the need for obtaining aggregation operations on ordinal-based intuitionistic fuzzy subsets (OBIFS) in order to enable the use of user-friendly fuzzy multicriteria techniques in the mobile “Apps” based environment. We next formally define these OBIFS and look at some of their properties. We describe the formal definition of aggregation of these sets, which is central to multicriteria decision making. We look at some fundamental types of aggregation in this ordinal intuitionistic environment. Particularly notable is our discussion of a new class of ordinal t-norms and t-conorms called stick-type operators.
