Development of Tools for Comparative Study of Solar Cookers with Heat Storage

The paper presents a comparative study of solar cookers with heat storage already tested in the field or in the laboratory. After listing different models from the literature, a set of parameters is quantified to compare the cookers. A description of these parameters and the methods used for comparison are included. The balance between performance and practical aspects is represented to visualize a first graphical comparison between cookers. Then, a more detailed comparison, grouping the parameters into four different classes, is made. Finally, a reflection on the interests and limits of the methods is given.
