On Ability Teaching Guided by Post Group

The author holds that the bright future of the Hotel Management Major is based on the teaching reform guided by post group and centered on professional abilities.In addition,the reform has to focus on designing post modules according to the requirement of abilities and arranging subjects in light of post modules.This paper puts forward the teaching guidelines that the cultivation of abilities and qualities should be taken as the most important.
