High-water material filling column and construction method thereof

A high-water material filling column and a construction method thereof relate to the technical field of mechanical construction of filling column supports. A filling bag is made into a cylindrical enclosed structure. A filling feed pipe and an air discharge pipe are sewn to the top edge of the filling bag. Strapping strips are sewn to the upper side, the middle side and the lower side of the filling bag. A layer of steel mesh reinforcement which has slightly smaller diameter than a section of the filling bag is wrapped outside the side of filling bag so as to wrap for the whole filling height. The steel mesh reinforcement helps solidification of slurry filled in the filling bag and to restrain transverse deformation of filler under pressure. In order to improve deformation resistance and bearing capacity of the filler, circular steel hoops are sleeved to the outer side of the steel mesh reinforcement at intervals. The steel hoops can be sleeved or directly welded to the steel mesh reinforcement. Wood cribs, masonry columns and the like can be replaced by the novel high-water material filling column which is simple in process and high in mechanization level, and enlarges ventilation section and the like. The high-water material filling column is applicable to downhole temporary or permanent supports, road-side supports of gob-side entry retaining and the like.
