The coal miner's unsafe behavior is regarded as the most fundamental reason for coalmine accidents took place frequently in China. By dividing coal miner's behavior into three stages of task selection, action pattern selection and practical action, the generating process of coal miner's unsafe behavior was analyzed, and the performance type of coal miner's unsafe behavior was revealed. By regarding management behavior as two parts of designing behavior and managing behavior, the relationship between management behavior and miner's unsafe behavior was analyzed. On this basis, the process and the numbers of coal miner's unsafe behavior during a certain period were described, and the management system model of coal miner's unsafe behavior was constructed. It provides the precondition of further research on the effectiveness of different management behavior, and coalmine safety management system.
