A NEW GENUS AND FOUR NEW SPECIES OF RHYPAROCHROMINAE (HEMIPTERA: LYGAEIDAE) FROM AUSTRALIA

A new genus, Exomyocara (Lethaeini), and two new species, E. trispinosum (type species) from Western Australia and E. submuticum from eastern Australia, are described. In the genus Ethaltomarus Scudder (Ozophorini), hitherto known only from Africa, two new species are described: E. australicus from Western Australia and E. terraereginae from Queensland. Biological data and descriptions of nymphs and eggs of Exomyocara trispinosum and Erhaltomarus austrulicuc are provided. The probable relationships of Exomyocara and Ethaltomarus are briefly discussed. Copyright
