The first dirhodium-based supramolecular assemblies with interlocking lattices and double helices

One dimensional zig-zag tunnels or three-dimensional lattices with double helices can be made by controlling the stoichiometry of the reaction of the metal–metal bonded loop, 1 [Rh2(DAniF)2(CH3CN)]2(O2CCH2CO2)2 (DAniF = N,N′-di-p-anisylformamidinate) and tri(4-pyridyl)triazine, 2. p
