The E-health Network Design

This paper builds a smart healthcare system architecture, called E-health network, using the existing wireless and wired network foundation, the comprehensive utilization of the latest development of cognitive radio communication including idle spectrum monitoring to reduce the coexistence interference, flexible cross layer management protocol, efficient MC-CDMA technology, to build a global share of smart medical systems, This E-health network includes doctors databases, drug databases, medical equipment databases, patient information databases, etc. Everything work together, to effectively reduce medical consume and improve patient's quality of life, save the sensing equipment power loss, reduce the transmission delay, solve the doctor-patient contradiction.
