La evaluación del desempeño en las grandes empresas españolas

This study analyzes the design of performance appraisal systems in a sample of 52 large spanish companies. We consider the main strategic decisions-purpose, evaluators, criteria, formats and frequency of feed-back-to identify clusters of companies. Although the three clusters that we identify have similarities with the traditional distintion between output control systems and behavior control systems, we also find some peculiarities of the spanish context.
