The reflections shared in this article come from the research practice to establish the theoretical and practical foundations of advanced education, and therefore, constitute the theoretical basis for developing the theoretical and methodological design of any scientific research in pedagogical sciences. The article has three sections: In the first, the scientific idea is theorized, in which the systemic structure according to the ideal model, gives a logical orientation of the scientific research; in the second, the horizontal view is addressed, then questions and research tasks are determined, as well as the theoretical and empirical findings, and statistical processing to follow, in order to develop the theoretical and methodological design that a scientific research has to include; finally, the parametrization process is stated and theorized, which allows characterization of the research object.
