CONSTRUCTING THE TEAM OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL OF SCI-TECH JOURNALS IN HENAN'S UNIVERSITIES AND ANALYSIS OF ACADEMIC IMPACT

The paper conducts an analysis and study of the sci-tech journals in Henan's universities based on research into the present situation of the team of qualified personnel in the field of sci-tech journals there as well as the statistical results academic indicators.It puts forward some relevant proposals and measures of accelerating the development of the sci-tech journals in Henan's universities and points out that the culture of scientific journals should be innovative,internationally oriented towards the world,investment should be increased to stabilize the team,internal capabilities and skilles should be improved in order to take a characteristic channel for development.
