플라스틱 도어 모듈 최적화 개발

The paper uses Glass Fiber Resin Plastic to produce optimizing design for Plastic Door Module. The study uses PP+LFT30%, and then progresses the material experiment and analysis, mean while applies Stamping Process Analysis for investigating process variables, furthermore exert Finite Element Analysis and real Car test to research its feasibility. The analysis and testing results show that using PP+LFT30% not only can fulfill all requirements of ES Spec, but also can achieve more than 30% lightweight and component reduction effects compared with steel material.
