Construction of virtual organization based on social context

Currently a growing number of enterprises construct virtual organization(VO)s to meet the demands of social diversity and offer personalized services by forming collaborative service chains. However, service supply chains are usually combinations of different services offered by collaborative service providers. Thus, how to correctly analyze the closeness of social relationship between service providers and improve the reliability and efficiency of collaborations are the key to the research. To improve the reliability and efficiency of a VO by analyzing social relationship among members of the VO in collaborative works and combining VO trust evaluation mechanism, a Group-Peer(G2P) trust model is presented in this paper, then a Greedy Group Selection algorithm based on social relationship (GGSSR) is proposed which can select nodes by trust values from group members and the tightness between group members. GGSSR not only improves the success rate of VO services but also inhibit gains of malicious nodes, making the earnings of VOs grow over time.
