블록별 가우시안 분포 특성을 활용한 감시 시스템의 배경 영상 설정 방법

In this paper, the proposed method overcome the noise that is generated by camera, grabber card, or weather condition. We are used to the mean and standard deviation of block in image. As compare to the conventional method, which is pixel-based method, the proposed method is better method under the noise condition. Each of block has the eight pixels. And there are separate the motion region from the background region using the distribution characteristic of each block mean and standard deviation. We are expect to apply to a real-time moving object detection system at wind condition, pass the limit of the object detection method using the background image.
