the paper is based on the importance of the cultivation of technical and skilled talents under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the art and design major in higher vocational colleges as an example, and the present situation of the cultivation technical and skilled talents in art and design in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as the existing problems at the present stage.
