High bandwidth data transmission in multimode fibre links using subcarrier multiplexing with VCSELs

Subcarrier multiplexing techniques are shown to allow data transmission over multimode fibre links at carrier frequencies of more than 20 times the 3 dB modal bandwidth of the fibre.
