Optimal aggregation platform mechanism for mobile App auction

In this paper we develop an optimal aggregation platform mechanism for mobile App auction, where all mobile advertising platforms are ranked from top to bottom according to the different filling rates. The first part describes some basic definitions and participants' utility functions in the model. To explain the optimal mechanism, the second part designs a partition advertiser's algorithm to divide advertisers and slots into different areas. After establishing balanced areas for all advertisers and slots, we develop a scheduling algorithm presented by [3] whose object is to create a feasible allocation. The final research turns out that our optimal aggregation platform mechanism is truthful and the auctioneers' revenue will be maximized under the mechanism.
