The Effect of Chelating Agents

The potential for altering the biodistnbution of radiolabelfrom gallium-and indium-labeled mouse monoclonal antibodies was investigated in mice using metal chelating agents. The chelating agents used were desfemoxamine (DFO),diethylenetnaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA),ethylenediamine-di(O-hydroxyphenylaceticacid) (EDHPA),and
