Burdening control system in cement production line based on fuzzy control

The fuzzy control method is introduced to create two-dimensional fuzzy controller in the automatic burdening control system of cement production line. Feeding capacity is non-bias controlled with the integration of its error and the change rate of error as input, and the assigned value as output. Simulation of the control system with MATLLAB and its application in engineering project shows that the fuzzy controller is superior to PID controller. This system ensures the quality of cement production with evident economic benefit.
