Qualifying for Computer Based Skilled Work in SME's

Abstract Computer based skilled work can be defined as the integration of modern information-technology and conventional work. This yields a new quality of work at the shopfloor. Particulary SME's had an informal kind of group work which tends to disappear with the introduction of computer integrated manufacturing methods. A possible consequence is a loss of skill and experience. Implementing computer integration in such a way that gaining of skill and experience is not prevented then qualifying to computer based skilled work fosters the shopfloor of SME's as it is their main section to beat the market demands.
