Broad-Spectrum Instruments

This chapter introduces 23 broad-spectrum instruments, each of which covers five or six dimensions of our model of team performance presented in Chapter 3). Table 11.1, summarizing the main features of these instruments, and the critiques of each instrument follow the overview. We selected instruments presented in bold face type in the table and marked with asterisks in the critiques as “best measures.”
