The steam tobacco stem moistening processing device comprises a pressure-bearing spiral conveyor provided with a steam inlet and a drainage port, wherein a feeding port and a discharging port of the spiral conveyor are respectively provided with a feeding steam lock and a discharging steam lock, and a water replenishing port is arranged on the feeding steam lock. According to the steam tobacco stem moistening processing device, water permeation performance of the tobacco stems is improved by increasing pressure and temperature of the tobacco stem moistening environment, the water permeable time of the tobacco stems is shortened, the preprocessing effect of the tobacco stem moistening can be achieved quickly, the storage procedure of the tobacco stem moistening is omitted, and the process flow of the tobacco stem processing is greatly simplified.
