Optimal selection of the sampling rate for efficient EEG data acquisition

Multichannel electroencephalograms (EEGs), which produce large amounts of data, have been widely utilized in brain research. The paper presents an analytical method to choose the sampling rate which facilitates efficient data storage and rapid network transmission.
