On Difficulties and Countermeasures of Bilingual Teaching in Local Agricultural Universities

Bilingual teaching is the inexorable trend that higher education is in line with international standards in China,which is also the spot and key of current reform in higher education.The local agricultural universities have achieved certain achievements in practice of bilingual teaching, but also facing a series of problems.The paper elaborates the necessity of implementing bilingual teaching in local agricultural universities firstly,and then analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures in the practice of bilingual teaching.
