Numerical Simulation of 3-D Flow Around Car-like Body

Automobile aerodynamics characteristics have great effects on cost of fuel, driving stability. Predicting it by using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) technology can decrease enormously experimental time of new automobile in a wind tunnel, save large amounts of money, minimum the cycle of automotive research.The physical and mathematical models of the car-like body are set up,and the boundary condition is defined as well as the aerodynami characteristics of the body are calculated. The result generated accords with the references.
