Transmission of Three Co-propagating Channels of Same Wavelength in Step Index Multimode Fibers for Lan Applications

Spatial domain multiplexing (SDM) allows co-propagation of multiple spatially separated channels over a single strand of step index multimode fiber. Three such SDM channels for LAN applications are reported.
