Multiple Neurilemmoma: A Case Report

A case of multiple neurilemmoma is reported. A 19-year-old male presented with principal complaints of muscle weakness and hypesthesia of the upper extremities. MR imaging showed tumors in the intradural space at the cervical level and the neck.Histological examination of all resected tumors showed the same pattern of Antoni A tissue and Antoni B tissue. Patients with neurilemmomas should be carefully observed, because multiple neurilemmomas are believed to arise for a long period.
