Car managing system using smart phone and method for the same

PURPOSE: A driving information management system using a smart phone and method thereof are provided to receive and inspect various state signals of a vehicle by connecting a bluetooth terminal with an OBD(On Board Diagnosis) connector of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An ECU(Engine Control Unit)(10) senses the operation of vehicle components by controlling the components installed in a vehicle(8). An OBD(12) connector communicates with the operation information of vehicle components transmitted from the ECU in serial. A bluetooth terminal(14) is detachably installed at the OBD connector. The bluetooth terminal wirelessly transmits the operation information transmitted from the OBD connector. A smart phone(16) displays vehicle information in order to diagnose the state of the vehicle.
