The invention discloses a depth packet inspection (DPI) sampling peer-to-peer (P2P) flow detection system based on credibility. The system comprises a sampling collector and a DPI analyzer; the sampling collector consists of a capture package module, a sampling strategy selection module, a sampling rate generation module, a sampling module and a sampling strategy set, the sampling strategy set comprises sampling strategies based on a time slice, a fixed slice and a speed slice as well as an equidistance sampling mode and a random sampling mode; and a confidence mechanism is introduced to set up credibility for an internet protocol (IP), the credibility is used as a sampling coefficient, so that different objects are differently treated by adopting the credibility as the sampling coefficient. Due to the adoption of the DPI sampling P2P flow detection system, the hardware resource is reasonably utilized, the system expenditure is reduced, and the P2P flow can be high efficiently detected.
