The three-dimensional display system comprises a display unit, a light-splitting unit, a tracking device, and an image shooting unit. The light-splitting unit is used to divide the image space displayed by the display unit into a left view and a right view. The tracking device is used to acquire position information of a first target object, and the image shooting unit is used to shoot a second target object. The three-dimensional display system also comprises an image playing processing device. According to the position information of the first target object, the raster parameter of the light-splitting unit, and the display parameter of the display unit, the real-time processing of the received three-dimensional images shot by the image shooting unit can be carried out, and after the processing, the three-dimensional images can be transmitted to the display unit for the real-time display. The three-dimensional display system is advantageous in that compared to the prior art, the image playing speed is improved greatly, and the real-time three-dimensional display requirement can be satisfied, and then the surgical operation of the doctor can be facilitated, and the increasing of the surgical successful rate can be facilitated.
