복합골조 구조를 지닌 초고층 아파트 적정 구조시스템 개발

The objective of this study is to develop the optimum structural system for high-rise apartment housings considering materials, design and construction problems. Through the extensive structural analysis and member design using ETABS+ program, Combined Structural System was proposed, which is composed of structural peripheral walls and central column so that its floor plan is more flexible to consumer's desires. From the analytical results, the construction cost of Combined Structural System reduces about 5~10% compared to Bearing Wall System. This study also suggest the industrialization and structural analysis and design methods for high-rise apartment housing adopting Combined Structural System. The results of this study are to be applicable for design of high-rise apartment housing.
