Design of Ethernet-CAN Bus Converter Based on Cortex-M3

A converter between Ethernet and CAN bus was designed and realized. The converter used the Cortex- M3 microprocessor as the main processor and it realized data exchange between the two networks as well as interconnection between CAN bus and Internet. It designed the hardware,transplanted the uIP,a minimal TCP/IP protocol stack,and introduced the software flowchart. It also designed test software with VC + +. The test results show that the converter can effectively transmit and receive data,and it's simple to connect,more reliable and easier to realize.
