초등학교 실과 실습용 반제품의 활용실태와 개선방안

The purpose of this study was to suggest the improvement of practical preparation materials as we investigate the actual conditions of practical use, satisfaction, and problems of semifinished products for actual training that was sold at a shop for teaching materials as a package. This study was carried out through literature review and questionnaires developed by researcher. the 900 questionnaires given to students of the 5, 6 grade of 2 schools in Daejeon Metropolitan City, 6 schools in Gyeonggi-do, and 4 schools in Chungcheongnam-do, data from 879 usable questionnaires were analyzed for the study. A way of statistics for data analysis was SPSS10.0 that is social science statistical analysis program. Technical statistics was like the frequency, the percentage, and an average and carried out Chi-square( x2 ) inspection. Statistical significance level was 5%. The results of this study were as follows. 1. As a result of reaching the actual condition of application, semifinished products for actual training is more used in practical contents where hard to get practical supplies. 2. Most of teachers think practical supplies are appropriate, but in case of students, frequency in use of finished goods was a little low. Suggestions based on the results of this study as follows. 1. Teachers recognize the importance of semifinished products for actual training in practice and think that it is necessary for effective practical preparation to offer practical preparation from superior educational institution like a school and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development. Therefore active governmental support is needed. 2. Teachers need to consider various environmental factors and quality of school and reconstruct practical contents of Practical Arts, too. Also, they need to try to undertake practice as they develop practical materials and choose a method of effective practical preparation to accomplish the educational goals.
