A Robust Low-complexity Symbol Synchronization Method Based on Bipolar NRZ Sequence for IMDD OFDM-PON

A robust low-complexity symbol synchronization method based on Bipolar NRZ with new accuracy criteria is proposed which achieved the high precision of 99.5% when the ROP as low as -20dBm in asynchronous IMDD OFDM-PON.
