Analysis and Measurement of Isolator Scatter Parameters In Multimode Feed Network

Beginning with the analysis of isolators using indefinite scattering parameters(S-parameters),a method of measurement for three-port networks S-parameters of substructures with two-port vector network analyzer(VNA) is presented.Basing on the results of indefinite S-parameters and the mathematical relationship of its indefinite S-parameters and mixed-mode S-parameters is applied,the mixed-mode S-parameters of three-port networks are used to verify the actual measured data.Those are in good agreement with theoretical results.
