PURPOSE: To obtain a DC commutator that is not related to a sampling device by enabling a rectifying generator to count the number of rectification states cyclically and enabling each state to excite one of a plurality of signal lines that successively indicate the rectified state. CONSTITUTION: An edge filter and delay 95 input a start signal 73 and an edge signal 76 and outputs a rectification clock 75. The rectification clock 75 is sent to a rectification generator 90 and advances the clock, and state signals S1-S6, outputted from the rectification generator 90, are sent to a rectification logic 91. The state signals S1-S6 are also sent to an edge acknowledgment and selection logic 94, so that the logic can perform an effective edge determination and proper edge output 76. A generator driven by the rectification logic 91 and a generator driver 92 is monitored by a back electromotive force inversion comparator and the edge detection 94 and a conversion circuit network 93. A back electromotive force polarity inverter and the edge detection 94 generate a single signal, namely that the edge signal 76 that is inputted to an edge filter and a delay 95.
