입체복합시설에서 주거시설과 그 외 시설의 공간 연계체계 연구

The purpose of this work is the construction of spatial interrelationship among different functions in high-rise mixed use complex by analyzing the mode of spatial linkage between dwelling facilities and other facilities. Four particular high-rise mixed use complexes with dwelling facilities were carefully selected for this study. The spatial interrelationship was categorized through the analysis of paths from streets to each facilities in different functions based on the spatial organization system that was comprised of unit division, linkage and circulation link. The result showed that dwelling facilities were accessible with numerous steps of unit division, while commercial facilities needed only a few steps of unit division. Moreover, when a particular facilities had various paths, the edge-form of circulation link controled the draw or restraint of entrance. The edge-form of circulation link was formed by the function of facilities.
