Semiconductor apparatus and method of processing data

PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a data processing method are provided to reduce data processing time by simultaneously applying DBI(Data Bus Inversion) and CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check). CONSTITUTION: A DBI processing unit(10) calculates DBI information of data of a plurality of bits and outputs the calculated DBI as a plurality of DBI flag signals. A first CRC processing unit(20) calculates CRC information by using a part of completely calculated DBI flag signals and the data of a plurality of the bits and outputs the calculated result as a plurality of CRC signals. A second CRC processing unit(30) outputs a CRC code using the remaining completely calculated DBI flag signals and the plurality of the CRC signals.
