On parametric families of solutions of Volterra integral equations of the first kind with piecewise smooth kernel

We suggest a method for constructing asymptotic approximations to parametric families of solutions of Volterra integral equations of the first kind with piecewise smooth kernel and prove the existence of continuous solutions.
