Optimization of Wheel Hub Based on High Speed and Ultra High Speed Grinding

In order to insure security rotation of high/ultra-high speed grinding wheel,the force characters of the wheel were analyzed systematically in this paper.Centrifugal force is primary effect factor for security work,whole baked high speed wheels ought to verify mainly tensile strength,and split-type adhesion ultra-high speed wheels ought to control mainly radial displacement.The paper also analyzed and chose the shape,material,ratio of the internal radius to the external radius of the wheel hub based on ANSYS software.At last,the taper shape wheel hub of titanium alloy was optimized at 200m/s.
