A Kind of Workflow System Performance Loss Analysis Model Based on M/G/1

A good workflow system can minimize completion time and resource capacity needs as little as possible. Therefore, workflow system performance analysis is critical for the design of workflow. Based on M/G/1 theory and combining with workflow system theory, the paper established a performance loss analysis mathematical model of workflow system and performed quantitative analysis on performance of workflow based on the model.
