Practices and Thoughts of University Library's Acquisition Outsourcing——A case study in the Shenyang Aerospace University

To consider outsourcing connotation and cause,explore the importance of the library outsourcing cataloging,According to the actual work of Shenyang Aerospace University Library,the main forms of cataloguing and business process of outsourcing operations was provided in details.The problems in business outsourcing process were analyzed,and the concrete solutions to the problems were given.The feasibility of outsourcing cataloging for a considerable size of University Library was demonstrated.
