THE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

One way of examining the effectiveness of information systems of organizations is checking how the communication occurs in some parts of the communication process itself, which are: sender, receiver, message, channel and relationship between partners. From the viewpoint of corporate communications and information systems, this article seeks to identify, in the view of employees of an Institution of Vocational Education (IVE), how it is the process of communication within the IVE. In total, 400 questionnaires were analyzed, consisting of 87 probes, mathematical statistics with stratification by means of factor analysis on five dimensions: transmitter, receiver, message, channel, and relationships between speakers. The results were used as the basis for the prior knowledge of information systems existing in the IVE, and it will be taken into account the improvements in the implementations of future information systems.
