College Students' Informal Organizations and Educational Management Countermeasures

College students' informal organizations play an important role in the educational management in colleges and universities.The author applies informal organization theory to the management practice of college students' informal organizations,and analyzes their types,characteristics and influence on the formal organizations.Finally,the author puts forth the positive effect of informal organizations and the educational management countermeasures to limit their negative effects.
