Analysis on Technology and Application of WIMAX

In this paper,the technology of wimax and its prospects are introduced. The technical characteristics and the application of wimax are also analyzed. Finally,this paper compares the wimax with wi-Fi and 3G briefly. The development trend of wimax is described.
