Since several years ago, by family consensus, the crab has been considered a special type of food by parents and siblings. It is a meal which is always present in our weekly seafood fixtures. An experienced taste for crab, has allowed us to be innovative towards their preparation and complements. Enjoying a delicious meal has become a benchmark for our family, friends and special guests. The preparation includes a tasteful seasoning and special guests are the final touch. With this background, we propose a good business opportunity will be to create a restaurant and offer crab as the main dish. Our goal is to create an “all you can eat” crab restaurant in Quito, offering the specialty in different varieties. Taking into account crab cannot be sold in Ecuador for two months of the year, due to what we call veda, during these two months the restaurant will offer other dishes which will be specialties of the restaurant owners as well.
